Note: In April of 2026, I will be moving to a hybrid model (combo of virtual and in-person sessions with me). I will still recommend in-person for the first few sessions and as needed throughout the therapeutic process. With that being said, most sessions will be online. If you are hesitant to try virtual, just let me know and I can walk you through the advantages. :)
